ORDER TRACKING

After completing and shipping your order, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent for easy monitoring of your parcel on your phone or computer. Please regularly check your tracking number to avoid any issues.

If there's no tracking information available, it means the carrier hasn't processed the package yet. Once scanned into their system, tracking events will appear.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We cannot issue a refund if the order isn’t received due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout. If your parcel is held at the post office due to an incomplete shipping address, contact your local post office to complete it for delivery. Within 12 hours of placing an order, contact us immediately to correct or complete your shipping address. Beyond 12 hours, order details cannot be changed, so please use the tracking number to coordinate with your local post office.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

For exchanges into different sizes/designs, we offer a discount coupon for a new order. We don't accept returns due to expensive return shipping costs. A refund is possible within 1 hour of purchase completion. Orders can't be canceled or refunded once in the manufacturing process. We replace products with printing mistakes at no cost. Refunds won't be issued for quality-related claims as individual expectations vary.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement due to our on-demand manufacturing process. After that, cancellations aren't feasible.
  • Modifying Orders: Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] 12 hours to modify your order. Requests after this period won't be entertained.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED/STOLEN/LOST ITEM

For defective/damaged/incorrect items or lost/stolen packages, email us at [email protected] your order number for assistance. We don't address cases reported after 7 days of order receipt.

CUSTOMS FEES

Recipients are responsible for taxes, duties, and customs fees. Contact your local customs office for specific information on your country’s customs policies. Unpaid customs fees may lead to package retention or destruction, and we cannot offer a refund in such instances.
